monoseis-thessaloniki.gr is the online store for the exhibition and sale through the Internet of the products of the Greek company under the name “ABRAMIDIS ABRAAM and Sia S.A.” located at 13, Konstantinos Karamanlis Avenue, Thessaloniki (VAT number: 093644169/ D.O.Y. Fth Thessaloniki). Before entering the online store and browsing our website, we invite you to consult the following terms and conditions, which apply to the use of our online store.

Please make sure that you agree with the following terms and conditions, because your further use and browsing of the above website implies your express and unconditional consent and agreement to their application and validity. Any user who enters and makes use of the services of the online store is deemed to consent and unconditionally accept the terms and conditions set forth below without any exception:

– Abramides Abraham & Co EU reserves the right to modify or revise the terms and conditions of transactions from the online store.

– Abramides Abraham & Co. is NOT responsible and is not liable for errors due to the data entry on the electronic pages.

– Abramides Abraham & Co. is NOT liable for any further damages caused by the execution or non-execution of the orders or any delay in its execution for any reason whatsoever.

– Abramides Abraham & Co. is NOT responsible for the availability of the products listed on the web pages, but is obliged to inform the consumer in time.

We make every effort to ensure the proper functioning of the network, but we do not guarantee that the functions of the website (site) or servers will be uninterrupted or without any kind of error, free of viruses or other similar elements (such as, but not limited to, worms, trojan horses). Under no circumstances can we guarantee the uninterrupted operation of this website if this becomes impossible due to causes of force majeure, such as, among others, acts of God, a relevant prohibitory act or decision of a military or civilian authority, fire, flood, earthquake, equipment failure or malfunction, telecommunications network failure, inability to access the Internet or sabotage.

The website operator Abramides Abraham & Co. does NOT disclose, sell, assign or exchange the personal data of its customers to anyone, unless required to do so by law or by a court order or other public authority. The data of the users (name, profession, e-mail address, home address, etc.) and their transactions with the online store are considered confidential, as in ordinary transactions in a commercial store. By providing their data in the context of their transactions, users consent and accept the imminent processing of the above data for the needs of the specific transaction, as well as the transmission of these data to employees for this purpose. All documents and electronic data exchanged between the parties in the context of the sale will be kept by the company.

 

Cancellation of an order

You may cancel your order by contacting the Customer Service Department by telephone at the following address: 2310211010 daily from 9.00 to 17.00, or by sending an e-mail to info@monosis-avramidis.gr. 

 

 Returning an order

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right to return some or all of the products purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.

Please clarify that, the returned products must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the labels accompanying the product must be present, exactly as they were when you received it along with the retail receipt or invoice. You must still contact us by telephone at 2310211010 (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00) or by e-mail to receive instructions.

If the corresponding product you wish is not available, we will refund your money or the amount of the purchase of the specific product will be credited to your account and can be used on any new order you wish.

In all of the above cases, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective product

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product we will make every effort to replace it with an identical or similar product at no additional cost to you. However, you must inform us by e-mail or telephone (Mon-Fri 09:00-17:00) so that we can send you instructions on how to return it. If the product ceases to be available, a replacement with an equivalent product can be made upon request or we can refund your money.

The site does not have a warranty policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear and tear, misuse and damage when removing labels.

To return a non-defective product the return and reshipment cost is the responsibility of the customer.

 

Proof of your transactions

Sending an order through the site.monosis-avramidis.gr website is equivalent to acknowledging that the debts and other facts relating to the use of the site.monosis-avramidis.gr website will be proven by the extracts from the company’s books, in which the status of your order is recorded and to which you acknowledge and give full probative value. You also acknowledge that any data which is stored locally on the company’s computers or in the electronic data storage facilities of internet service providers shall fully prove your activities on the company’s website and all relevant facts.

 

Delivery of products and risk of deterioration

From the time of delivery of the ordered product by the company to the courier service, the risk passes to the buyer and the company is not responsible for accidental destruction or deterioration of the products.

The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory. The products will be shipped to the place you have indicated in the Order Form or by telephone with a courier service or transport company or other. The company reserves the right to choose a courier company or transport company, after ordering the products 

Your. If the area you are in is considered inaccessible by the transport company, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest point of the company from where you will receive it. Deliveries will be made daily, except Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

Also, Abramides Abraham & Co EU is not responsible for loss, delayed delivery, damage or deterioration of the products during transportation by any courier company.

 

 Warranty

Abramides Abraham & Co EU does not guarantee or warrant protection for products not manufactured by or on its behalf, and which Abramides Abraham & Co EU merely resells.

 

 Violence Above

Abramides Abraham & Co EU shall not be liable for delays in performance (including delivery) due to circumstances beyond the control of Abramides Abraham & Co EU or due to force majeure, during which time Abramides Abraham & Co EU shall be entitled to an extension of time for performance. Indicative examples of force majeure reasons may include strikes, acts of terrorism, war, supplier/transportation/production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, governmental or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such events last for more than 2 months, this Agreement may be terminated by either party without compensation.
